Description
The legal entity of an educational facility shall notify the start and planned duration of a training course.
General information Explanation of this section
The legal entity of an educational facility delivering training courses for becoming a home care worker, a certified social care worker or a qualified social care worker shall notify the Provincial Government of the start and planned duration of a training course at least 2 months before the set date.

Presentation of a training authorisation according to § 25 of the Tyrolean Social Care Professions Law.

At the latest 2 months before the start of the course.
