The legal entity of an educational facility delivering training courses for becoming a home care worker, a certified social care worker or a qualified social care worker shall notify the Provincial Government of the dates of the oral examinations for vocational courses, certificates or diplomas at least 2 months before the set date.

Presentation of a training authorisation according to § 25 of the Tyrolean Social Care Professions Law.

At the latest 2 months before the date of the examination.
