The premises of a brothel may only be rented out for the purpose of prostitution and only to persons of legal age who can prove that they are free of sexually transmitted diseases by means of an official photo ID issued in accordance with health regulations.

The holder of the brothel licence is required to notify the authority and the authority responsible for conducting administrative criminal proceedings in writing of persons who are to engage in prostitution in the brothel, stating their first name and surname, date of birth, place of birth, place of residence and the amount of rent to be paid by them in the brothel before commencing their activities.

Section 17(1): The premises of a brothel may be made available only on a rental basis and only to persons of full legal age and capacity with a health certificate.

Section 17(2): The persons practising prostitution in the brothel must be notified to the administrative authority in writing.
